COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES IMPLEMENTED BY KISHUGU AVIATION

• We have located hand sanitizer dispensers in high visibility positions throughout all of our facilities.
• We don’t make use of the finger scanners at some of our business units, but rather, departmentally complete an attendance book which is only handled by the HOD of that department. 
• We send daily communication and awareness videos on all our business WhatsApp Groups to ensure all our staff stays abreast of the latest information and work developments.
• We have canceled all our face-to-face meetings and will rather make use of Google Hangouts and other technology-based communication.
• All the events that we have planned have been canceled
• All our cleaning staff has been briefed properly on how to clean public areas such as the kitchen and restroom areas. They all have disposable hand gloves and they wear face masks to protect themselves.
• All lunch boxes etc has to be taken home and are not washed at the workplace to reduce the spread of germs.
• Our external suppliers such as our Printer suppliers have to follow a hygiene protocol before they start working on our printers. Hand sanitizers have been placed at the printers as well.
• Kishugu has communicated to all its clients on the protocol they follow and will keep them updated of new developments.
