Apart from providing aircraft, in support of wildland firefighting, Kishugu® Aviation is respected in the commercial sector assisting with major civil engineering projects.
We provide charter and aerial work services in South Africa and to destinations in Africa.
RESPECTED IN COMMERCIAL SECTOR
Capabilities include, but are not limited to, transport of mechanical, scientific or industrial spares or cargo to African destinations for mines, mills, agriculture, forestry or aviation, election support and assistance, disaster relief, aerial wildlife darting, airlifting of captured rhino and other species and crew rotations to and from isolated locations.
Among the most recent projects include:
- The delicate aerial placement of a new catwalk straddling Disa Gorge in the Table Mountain Chain.
- Supporting the refurbishment of the Sea Point, Cape Town-Lighthouse with the airlifting of materials.
- Airlifting 12 white rhinos from South Africa to the Okavango Delta as part of a cross-border initiative by conservationists.
- Kishugu® Aviation is also responsible for all aircraft fuel supplies at Nelspruit airport.
